Time Zone Differences
Our warehouse is physically located in Epping, New Hampshire, USA.Our sales and hours of operation are based on Eastern United States Time zones. If you are ordering from any other time zones and would like to take advantage of date sensitive specials, you must complete your transaction prior to midnight, Eastern Time.
Shopping Cart
This is where all the items you chose for purchase are held until you Check Out. You may add or subtract items, as you wish. Clicking on the "View Cart" button, from any page, will show you what is currently in your cart.
Using the Quantity Box
The "QTY"(quantity) box is where you enter the number of items you want to purchase. If you would like to order 2 of an item, then enter "2,"and so on. Make sure to mind that the 'item' you are ordering is or is not a box or large quantity in and of itself.
Payment Methods
Most major credit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Optima).
For your security, you MUST enter the CVV/CCV code when using a credit card. The CVV (Card Validation/Verification Value) or CCV (Credit Card Validation/Verification) is a 3 or 4 digit code embossed or imprinted on the signature panel on the reverse side of Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards and on the front of American Express cards. This code is used as an extra security measure to ensure that you have access and/or physical possession of the credit card itself. If you're having trouble locating the code, please refer to the images below for assistance.
Gift Certificates
Upon purchase, a gift certificate will be mailed to the shipping address you provide, and should arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Additionally, you may request that we send an e-mail to your recipient by providing his/here-mail address in the "Email To" field. This personalized email will be sent within one business day, and will include the gift certificate number and claim code (for redemption), your name("FROM"), your recipient's name ("TO"),the amount of the gift certificate purchased, and your gift message.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL printed gift certificates will be mailed to the shipping address provided in the order. If you wish to purchase multiple gift certificates, for different people, please use YOUR shipping address.

If ordering online, depending on the zip code you enter on your order form, the rate will be adjusted accordingly. We do not charge tax when shipping outside the State of New Hampshire.
